About Us
We {Brandon and Ashli Dehn} are a husband/wife Real Estate investment team and Ashli is also a licensed Realtor with eXp Realty.
We bought our first rental- a duplex in 2008. We always had a goal to give each of our children a rental property when they were old enough and to have enough investment properties to retire early.
In 2017 we started our first flip and that is when KLA homes was born.
As of 2021 we have flipped several homes in Brown County area and strive to improve the community one house at a time. We have also continued growing our rental portfolio and love to provide top quality rentals in our area.
This website will focus on our love of family, real estate and investing. We will take you along on our journey and love to answer any questions.
